VOLODYMYR DUTCHAK

Volodymyr Dutchak was born in Tsutsyliv village Ivano-Frankivsk region on September 14, 1985. He was studying in Tsutsyliv School from 1992 till 2001. From 1996 he began to study in Tysmenychanska Children's Music School, the accordion.

In 2001 he entered to Ivano-Frankivsk music school named by Dennis Sichynsky, the Department of Folk Instruments (class of Viktor Polishchuk).

In 2005 he became a student of the Art Institute, the Carpathian National University named by V. Stefanik, where he studied at the department of academic singing in the class of senior lecturer Michael Stefaniuk.

In 2009, he received Grand Prix of IV Regional Competition for Young Vocalists named by Nicholas Kopnin. In the same year he became Diploma of the Second All-Ukrainian Competition of Young Vocalists named by Iryna Malanyuk in Ivano-Frankivsk.

During the years of study at the University he was a very active student and took part in many concerts. He gave concerts in the cities of Ukraine (Burshtyn, Drogobich, Kalush, Kolomyia, Lviv, Vinnitsa, Zhitomir, Khmelnitsky, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk) and abroad (Poland, Lithuania, Georgia, Azerbaijan).

Since 2007 he is a soloist of the National Academic Hutsul ensemble "Gutsuliya."

         Since 2012 he is a soloist of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional Philharmonic.

On the 27th of December 2014 he debuted on the stage of Lviv National Academic theater of opera and ballet named after Solomiya Krushelnytska, the party Zachariya (Giuseppe Verdi's "Nabucco").

From September 2015 he is a soloist of Lviv National Academic theater of opera and ballet named after Solomiya Krushelnytska

 

His tours during 2015-2017 years:

May 24-31, 2015 XXV International Festival of Sacred Music in Warsaw, Warsaw, Poland G. Verdi "Requiem"

The 24th of September, 2017, the XXVII Festival named by Adam Didura in Sanok, Poland.

Also there were tours of Lviv National Academic theater of opera and ballet named after Solomiya Krushelnytska in Wiltz (Luxembourg) and Ostend (Belgian) with the operas of J.Verdi "Ball masquerade", "Aida" under the control of Nicolo Guliani.
