GABRIELLA ASTALOSH
Pianist - accompanist
Education:
● 1989-1997 I studied at Uzhgorod State School of Arts of at piano and ballet classes;
● 1997 – 2001 I studied at Uzhgorod D. Zador State Music College (piano class by Valkovskaja M.);
● 2001 – 2006 I was the student of Lviv M. Lysenko National Music Academy (solo piano class by Honored Artist of Ukraine, professor Örmény J., chamber music class by docent Humecka H., accompaniment class by Honored Artist of Ukraine, professor Matjucha J.);
● 2005 – 2006 I got a Degree in "Master of Music Art" at Lviv M. Lysenko National Music Academy;
● 2005-2007 I got my internship at chamber music department of Lviv M. Lysenko National Music Academy (class by People's Artist of Ukraine, professor Mykytka A.);
● in 2013 defended the PhD thesis on the topic : "The evolution of piano expression in chamber-instrumental ensembles of Ukrainian composers of the last third of the twentieth century (on the example of the work of M. Skoryk, E. Stankovich, V. Silvestrov"). I am actively engaged in research work, often take a part in scientific and practical conferences, I am the author of the monograph, as well as numerical publication (more than 20).
Creative activities

In 2006 I became a laureate of the “XXI Century Art” International Competition in the nomination "Chamber Ensemble" (Kyiv);

from 2007 I work as an accompanist at solo singing department of Lviv M. Lysenko National Music Academy with such great artists as People's Artist of Ukraine, professor Ihnatemko V., People's Artist of Ukraine, professor Vitoshynskyj R., Honored Artist of Ukraine, professor Cyhylyk O.;

from 2007 performed as an accompanist and chamber ensemble actor in many cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Drohobych, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Lutsk, Uzhgorod, Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi, Sumy and others;

from 2015 I am a Senior Teacher at chamber music department of Lviv M. Lysenko National Music Academy;

in 2015 as part of the K & K Philharmoniker Orchestra, under the direction of the Austrian conductor and composer Matthias Georg Kendlinger participated in the performance of C. Orf's “Carmina Burana” in Lviv, Berlin (Germany) and Lucerne (Switzerland);

from 2016 collaborates with K & K Opernchor (choirmaster - People's Artist of Ukraine Yatsynak V. (Ukraine), chief conductor - Mattias Georg Kendlinger (Austria);

in 2017 as part of the K & K Philharmoniker Orchestra under the direction of Matthias George Kendlinger I took part in the concert performance of W.A Mozart’s "Magic Flute" in Lviv, Köln and in Berlin (Germany);

in 2018 as an accompanist together with the soloists of the Lviv National Opera and Ballet Theater M. Malafiy, M. Kornutiak and O. Deriy performed the “Ukrainian Opéra Tour” in the cities of France.
